Processing
Orders placed before the daily cutoff ship the same business day. Orders placed after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
Packaging
All shipments go out in a plain, unmarked outer box with a generic return address. Contents are not described on the exterior.
Delivery
Domestic shipments are tracked and insured, typically arriving in 2–3 business days.
Returns
If a vial arrives broken or the wrong product was shipped, notify us within 72 hours and we will replace it at no cost. Due to the nature of the products, all other sales are final.
